You have access to the Taste Village, listen to all concerts on the Unplugged pass stages (Taste Village, Foyer Marquee, Campfire, Alex, Blue Lounge, Cervo, Beausite, Riffelberg, Blues Club, Unique Hotel Post, Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club) and dance at our after parties (Vernissage, Unique Hotel Post, Manud, Cervo).
What you need to know about the Unplugged Pass:
The organizers of Zermatt Unplugged have decided, as a thank you to the people of Zermatt, to open the Taste Village and Foyer Marquee to all residents with a blue card (Zermatt, Täsch, Randa) for the whole festival duration. When you exchange your wristband (at the station and on the village square), you will receive free entry to the Taste Village and the Foyer Marquee on presentation of your Blue Card.

What you need to know about the Unplugged Pass:
- is required for the following: Taste Village, all Unplugged Pass stages and after parties
- access to the locations and concerts as long as capacity permits
- validity for the entire duration of the festival
- children / adolescents up to the age of 16 have free access and do not need an Unplugged pass
- the Unplugged Pass is personal and not transferable
- the Unplugged Pass is NOT included in your concert ticket (Marquee Stage, Vernissage, Sunnegga Sessions, At Home With..., Winkelmatten Chapel). But with your concert ticket you have access to the Taste Village on the respective day.

What is the Unplugged Pass?
With the Unplugged Pass you have access to the Taste Village, to all Unplugged Pass stages as well as to the after parties (a total of 15-20 concerts / events per day).
How much does the Unplugged Pass cost?
CHF 65.- for all five festival days
CHF 40.- for all five festival days for the locals with the blue card (Zermatt Täsch & Randa) or the staff card
Where can I buy the Unplugged Pass?
In our ticketshop, at the Tourist Office at Zermatt train station or directly at the festival.
I have a concert ticket! Do I still need an Unplugged Pass?
Access to all Unplugged Pass stages, events and after parties is not included in a concert ticket (Marquee Stage, Vernissage, Sunnegga Sessions, At Home With..., Winkelmatten Chapel). Access to the Taste Village is included in your concert ticket.
I come to Fesival with children, do you need an Unplugged Pass?
Children up to 16 years have free access when accompanied by an adult and do not need an Unplugged Pass.
Can I get to Taste Village without Unplugged Pass?
Only if you have a concert ticket valid for the same day. Otherwise you need an Unplugged Pass.
Is access to the Unplugged Pass stages (side stages) and after parties guaranteed?
Access to the Taste Village is guaranteed. At Unplugged Pass stages and after parties access is valid until the capacity limit is reached. “First come, first served.”
