As Operations Manager, you will bring a dynamic and authoritative presence to our prestigious brands: Le Collectionist, Bramble Ski, and Haute Montagne in Verbier. Your role demands an unwavering commitment to excellence in the luxury travel industry, showcasing both passion and deep industry knowledge.

You will oversee the properties and maintenance of a secure, productive and enjoyable work environment for your team, ensuring operational efficiency across both our resorts. Your leadership will be vital in fostering strong relationships with chalet owners and suppliers, thereby enhancing our brand’s reputation in one of the world’s most renowned ski destinations.

In this critical role, you will drive strategic initiatives to optimize your resort operations, elevate guest experiences and uphold the highest standards of service and safety.
