We are have an opening for an exciting new role in the Ski Group (Le Collectionist, Bramble Ski, Haute Montagne and Lagom) and are looking for a fantastic candidate to join us as our new Chief of Staff.

The Chief of Staff will be responsible for ensuring the organizational excellence of the Ski Group, the successful completion of key projects and the coordination between key internal and external stakeholders and manage the integration and governance across the Ski Group. Their actions enable the CEO and other C levels to be more effective internally and externally.

Objectives

  • Ensure the board of directors have the right information to make strategic decisions
  • Be an intermediary between the board and Ski Group teams
  • Ensure a smooth running of Le Collectionist Ski Group governance structure
  • Ensure the running of internal governance bodies (Executive Committee, C Group, monthly KPIs, All-hands meeting, etc.)
  • Ensure the overall consistency of the roadmaps. Review and consolidate roadmaps by team and by office to validate alignment and overall consistency
  • Manage the integration processes across the Ski Group

Key Projects and Project managment Office

  • Manage the PMO function on tracking and reporting of projects across the group
  • Support on strategic projects lead by the CEO and C group (strategic plan, re-organization, key partnerships, etc.)
  • Manage the deployment of Scorecards and Roadmaps across the Ski Group
  • Ad-hoc support to LC Ski Group teams for new projects
  • Roll out of weekly and monthly KPI reporting across the Ski Group and consolidation and communication of reports within the Ski Group and too relevant people at Group levels

Requirements

  • A Swiss or EU/EEA passport and/or, a valid Swiss work permit
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Degree in business administration, business, Hospitality management or similar
  • Proven track record of organising teams and departments
  • Highly proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets and other tech products/apps
  • Hardworking, multi-tasker with exceptional attention to detail
  • Great at problem solving, relationship building and detail orientated
  • Good knowledge of the luxury ski vacation rental sector
  • Flexibility and an ability to adapt quickly to different requests
  • Driving licence
