Business Development Assistant

As our portfolio grows, we are now looking for the very best Business Development Assistant to join our team.

Your role as Business Development assistant will be based in the Bramble Ski offices in Le Châble, Switzerland and will require you to work with both the Collectionist team as well as the Bramble Group team.

In 2021, Bramble Ski and Haute Montagne, the leading chalet rental companies in Switzerland, and one of the largest luxury chalet operators in Europe, were acquired by Le Collectionist making us the European leader in the luxury home and chalet rental market.

Within the Le Collectionist & Bramble Ski team, under the responsibility of the Business Development Manager, your main mission will be to manage and develop a portfolio of luxury properties corresponding to the Collectionist and Bramble’s criteria in the Alps and Winter markets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • European passport holder or Swiss passport / work permit holder
  • You are attracted by the “start-up” environment and culture
  • You have a real interest or significant experience in the luxury and/or, real estate sectors
  • You must have a good level of oral and written English as well as French and/or German
  • You are comfortable prospecting for new players and during calls and physical meetings, whatever the interlocutor (clients, partners, house seekers…)
  • You are very rigorous, autonomous and have good interpersonal skills allowing you to be clear and understandable in your speech
  • You are dynamic, optimistic and really motivated by the challenge and the achievement of objectives
  • Previous experience in sales is preferable
  • Driver’s license required
  • You may be asked to travel to the different resorts in which we operate
