Spend the winter working and skiing in The Alps!

We are looking for the best Haute Montagne Chalet Managers to join our teams this winter.

As a Haute Montagne Chalet Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of one of our luxury properties during bookings. You will lead and manage the chalet team to ensure our world class service is delivered at all times.

Working directly with the pre-arrivals managers, you will be involved in pre-arrival planning for the guests, ensuring that the holiday is tailored to their specific requirements and that they are beyond satisfied throughout their stay.

You will be expected to lead your team by example, perform duties alongside chalet staff and cover chalet hosts when they are off whilst providing logistical support when necessary.

It is important that you have the utmost ability to manage budgets and have excellent accounting skills.

The position is a richly rewarding role which will be demanding at times, meaning candidates will be required to demonstrate their ability to work well in a team and alone, whilst using their initiative to think ahead.

Above else we are looking for dedicated, professional and passionate individuals who will look after guests in the utmost discreet and luxury manner.


  • You must possess an EU/Swiss passport or a valid work/residency permit for the country you are applying to work in
  • Available to work full time from the start of December 2021 to the end of April 2022
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team in the luxury sector of the hospitality industry
  • A comprehensive knowledge of current 5-star service practices is essential as well as a good understanding of food and wine pairings
  • A good understanding of both spoken and written language in the resort you would like to work in will also be seen favourably
  • Exceptional at resort accounting and sticking to budgets where needed
  • We expect you to be resourceful and able to think on your feet, adapting to constantly changing surroundings and situations
