Join our dynamic sales team in the heart of the Alps

We are on the hunt for an exceptional candidate to join our exciting, year-round sales team based in Verbier, Switzerland.

You will combine an enthusiastic and authentic approach for both our brands; Bramble Ski and Haute Montagne, and most importantly you will show genuine passion and knowledge of the luxury travel industry.

Working as a sales agent you will be required to develop new business, nurture client relationships and build on our existing client database to foster good repeat business.

You will be a hardworking, multi-tasker with exceptional attention to detail. Working as part of small team, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be a great team player.

The role requires commercial understanding and a proven ability to learn quickly, as well as a flexible approach to travel and working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with day-to-day enquiries across both Bramble Ski and Haute Montagne brands via telephone and email from both our direct clients and our extensive agent network across the globe.
  • Responding to enquiries quickly and efficiently ensuring clients receive the most suitable options, taking clients through the booking process and ultimately converting the sale.
  • Following Bramble Ski and Haute Montagne’s sales strategy, adhering to discount policy and maximising gross profit for the company.
  • Building strong relationships with chalet owners and suppliers and developing new business where possible.
  • You will be responsible for following up with clients after their stay with Bramble Ski and Haute Montagne, securing repeat bookings, reporting any feedback to the operations team in resort and recording all information on our CRM.
  • You will need to develop excellent knowledge of all the Bramble Ski and Haute Montagne products, services and the resorts we operate in, to ensure all our clients are best informed.
  • Maintain a friendly, courteous, service-orientated, professional, outgoing mindset throughout all interactions with staff, chalet owners, agents, clients and suppliers.
  • You will have a willing and positive approach to learn and participate in training, and to continue this mindset with the introduction of new products and services.
  • Represent the Bramble Ski and Haute Montagne brands at supplier and owner meetings, events and resort familiarisation trips.
  • Assist with updating the website, contributing to social media, blogs and marketing campaigns.
  • During peak periods assisting the operations team where needed on changeover day.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management, staff and clients.
  • Proficient and confident in using the latest technologies.
  • Proven track-record in driving sales and experience in the luxury travel marketplace.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Additional beneficial qualities and/or experience

  • Multi-lingual capabilities
  • Experience with managing and optimising direct-to-client online platforms such as booking.com, Airbnb, homeaway etc.
