Sales Specialist - Full Time Position

Join our dynamic sales team in the heart of the Alps

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our growing sales team, based year-round in the world-renowned ski resort of Verbier. It is an exciting and challenging role renting luxury chalets and apartments to our global, affluent client base and driven agent network.

From the initial enquiry, you will nurture and guide our prospective clients through the booking process, securing the booking and ensuring they have an unforgettable holiday.

  • Dealing day-to-day with enquiries across all three brands (Bramble Ski, Haute Montagne and Lagom) from both our direct clients and our extensive agent network across the globe.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of customer service are achieved when communicating to clients and dealing with client’s requests.
  • Building strong relationships with our agent network and developing new business.
  • Pro-actively encouraging repeat business whilst adhering to the company’s sale’s strategy and achieving Bramble Ski’s commercial objectives.

You will be a hardworking, multi-tasker with exceptional attention to detail. Working as part of small team, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be a great team player. This is a challenging role requiring commercial understanding and a proven ability to learn quickly, as well as a flexible approach to travel and working hours.

Personal profile

  • A confident people person, willing to build a strong understanding of our clients and their needs by fostering a long-lasting relationship
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
  • High level of numeracy
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Proven track record in driving sales with 2+ years’ experience in luxury sales (experience in luxury travel / luxury chalets is highly beneficial)
  • Proficient and confident in using the latest technologies
  • Ability to successfully multi-task and prioritise is essential

 

Additional beneficial qualities and/or experience

  • Multi-lingual capabilities
  • Experience with managing and optimising direct-to-client online platforms such as booking.com, Airbnb, homeaway etc.
