Bramble Ski is looking for a Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team.

The position will be based from our Verbier office and will run from September 2017 until June 2018.

The role will cover both our Bramble Ski and Haute Montagne brands across all of the resorts we operate in (Verbier, Zermatt, St. Anton, Lech and Méribel).

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting in loading information into the CRM and onto the websites and FTP site as directed by the sales and marketing team
  • Assisting the sales team with printing weekly and monthly reports
  • Provide assistance with SEO work, including checking and inserting tags and keywords into all existing internet content (e.g. the blog)
  • Responding to PR requests from our PR agency
  • Monitoring social media interaction and reporting
  • Assistance may be required in generating marketing material on any of our chalets or resorts
  • Provide receptionist services from our sales office to all enquiring and booked clients, assisting the sales and pre-arrivals teams as required
  • Cross-checking booking sales models and staff requirements
  • Manage a calendar of all major events in the ski/summer resorts that we  operate
  • During the season assisting sales with printing weekly bookings for operations planning meetings (Verbier).
  • Assisting the Pre-Arrivals Managers
  • Assistance with managing the staff database
  • During the winter season, assist the concierge team with guest check-ins and check-outs
  • During the winter season, assist the Verbier Operations team with housekeeping, in particular the planning of resources and control of standards
  • Assist with all seasonal staff registrations, collating all necessary information for permit and health insurance applications
  • Input damages from concierge and management reports
  • Assistance with inputting actual spend from budget sheets and staff utilization for each booking, in cooperation with the Operations Teams
  • Manage office stationary supplies and kitchen

 

WORKING HOURS

You will work 5 days a week (hours may vary) but normally from 8.30am to 5.30pm, with an hour for lunch. During the winter, you may be required to work weekends.
