The Bramble Group is looking for an exceptional Sales Specialist to join our team in Le Chable, Switzerland.
You will combine an enthusiastic and authentic approach for our three brands, Bramble Ski, Haute Montagne and Lagom, and most importantly you will show genuine passion and knowledge of the luxury travel industry.
You must possess an EU/Swiss passport or a valid work/residency permit for the country you are applying to work in.
We are looking for a professional candidate with strong commercial acumen, outstanding communication skills and a great team player. You will be a hardworking, multi-tasker with exceptional attention to detail, and the role requires an ability to learn quickly as well as a flexible approach to travel and working hours.
Implement and assist with developing the Bramble Group’s Austrian Sales strategy focussing on the growth of our German speaking market.
Optimise and develop the Bramble Group’s online booking platform presence.
Dealing with day-to-day enquiries across all the Bramble Group brands via telephone and email from both our direct clients and our extensive agent network across the globe.
Responding to enquiries quickly and efficiently ensuring clients receive the most suitable options, taking clients through the booking process and ultimately converting the sale.
Following the Bramble Group’s sales strategy, adhering to discount policy and maximising gross profit for the company.
Building strong relationships with our agent network and developing new business where possible.
You will be responsible for following up with clients after their stay, securing repeat bookings, reporting any feedback to the operations team in resort and recording all information on our CRM.
You will need to develop excellent knowledge of all the Bramble Group products, services and the resorts we operate in, to ensure all our clients are best informed.
Maintain a friendly, courteous, service-orientated, professional, outgoing mindset throughout all interactions with agents, clients and suppliers.
You will have a willing and positive approach to learn and participate in training and to continue this mindset with the introduction of new products and services.
Assist with updating the website, contributing to social media, blogs and marketing campaigns.
Represent the Bramble Group brands at agent/client meetings, trade shows, events and resort familiarisation trips.
Excellent commercial awareness with previous Sales experience in the luxury travel market
A natural people person, willing to build a strong understanding of our clients and their needs by fostering a long-lasting relationship.
Fluent in German and English.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility and an ability to adapt to different customers.
Willing to work in and promote a team-oriented environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management, staff, and clients.
Proficient and confident in using the latest technologies and online booking platforms.
Proven track record in driving sales and experience in the luxury travel marketplace.
