We are proud of how far we’ve come since our humble beginnings, when the founders – four uni friends with big ambitions – fell in love with Verbier. Now, 17 years later and with over 100 properties in the most high-end resorts across the Alps, we are delighted to be considered industry leaders.

We recruit incredible people with fantastic attitudes, experience and personalities, so that our excellent standards are consistent – from the chalets we choose right down to the way our hosts serve morning coffee with a genuine smile.

During training at the start of each season, you’ll by coached by the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, widely regarded as the world’s best hospitality school, giving you the skills and confidence to offer impeccable service.

We use handmade outfits designed by Lodenfrey and Gottseidank along with outerwear by Peak Performance, because when you look your best, you’ll feel your best and when you feel your best, you’ll perform amazingly.
