This summer we are offering a new way to holiday with Bramble Ski and our sister company Haute Montagne – we have teamed up with the brilliant Altitude Group who provide wonderful summer camps in Verbier for children of varying ages.  The activities on offer are incredibly varied and the camps are just perfect for families with children aged seven to 14 looking to brush up on their language skills.

Bramble Ski and Haute Montagne can arrange for them to join camps where French and English children come together, make new friends and learn French from native teachers.  Small class sizes with 15 hours of learning a week will have kids chattering away in French in no time. It’s not all reciting grammar though, while the mornings are classroom based, the afternoons are filled with entertaining activities which see French and English children becoming firm friends whilst ice skating, swimming, building bridges, completing ropes courses, playing team games or acting out plays.

For children who prefer a little less academia and a little more adventure, they might prefer the week-long Mountain Adventure Camps where kids spend their days in the great outdoors mountain biking, rock climbing, cooking outdoors, playing golf, tennis, volleyball and more. Camps run from Sunday to Saturday (daytime only) for ages seven to 14.

There are also day camps for younger children aged three to five years. These run from 9am to 1pm and include lunch, cookie making, painting, outdoor games and scavenger hunts.

For children who do not wish to join the summer camps in Verbier, Bramble Ski and Haute Montagne can arrange numerous activities, from horse riding, golf, and paddle boarding to skydiving, paragliding, and heli-glacier picnics … nothing is too much trouble, in fact, e love a challenge, so whatever you can think of we’ll try to arrange it.
