The residence collection: one chalet fits all

We are delighted to unveil the outstanding new Christiania Residence in Zermatt. This stunning property is the first in our brand-new Residence Collection, an exiting portfolio of properties which provide our guests with the “one chalet fits all” option when choosing their winter ski holiday. In line with this, we will soon be launching our residences in the rising star resort of Lech, Austria.

Christiania Residence

Located in a prime position, in the centre of Zermatt, the Christiania Residence is comprised of eight individual apartments ranging from a perfect one-bedroom bolt hole to a sprawling seven-bedroom penthouse apartment with wellness facilities.

We are bringing Bramble Ski’s renowned level of service to the Christiania Residence so groups of all sizes can experience all levels of service from our fuss-free accommodation only offering to our fully catered service with two days of private ski instruction included.

The stylish Christiania residences can be rented individually as a smaller collection of apartments or you can rent the property as one exclusive chalet sleeping up to 48 people in 24 bedrooms.

Christiania Penthouse

The entire top two floors of the building house a luxurious penthouse apartment sleeping up to 14 guests in seven bedrooms. Boasting its own cinema room, sauna and wellness facilities, and an open-plan living and dining area seating up to 26, it provides the perfect venue for an après-ski soirée. This is a truly fantastic apartment.

Christiania apartments

Guests of Christiania Residence will enjoy state-of-the-art facilities, including a gym and a separate massage room and a large ski room complete with lockers and boot warmers. All of the apartments have beautiful balconies, with the ground floor apartments offering spacious terraces and private outdoor hot tubs.

In Christiania, the first in our Residence Collection, there is also a commercial kitchen from which private chefs will create an exceptional dining experience with locally sourced products for catered guests, to be served in the comfort of their home-from-home by a dedicated host.

Just a stone’s throw from the Klein Matterhorn lift, the property’s unrivalled location means that each apartment enjoys stunning views of the Matterhorn mountain while the journey to the centre of town takes a matter seconds.

The Perfect Corporate Solution

This will be Bramble Ski’s largest corporate offering, and Zermatt’s largest private residence available to rent. Bramble Ski has been organising high-end corporate getaways for many years and we will ensure every aspect of the trip is arranged seamlessly with no attention to detail spared.

Our teams in resort offer a bespoke service creating personalised itineraries suited to your individual needs. We work with Kando Events,  a highly professional events company offering everything from torchlight skiing to heli-glacier picnics and private dining experiences.

The Christiania Residence offers a diverse range of options. With eight apartments under one roof, it is ideal for extended families, large groups of friends, couples seeking a getaway, or for large corporate groups. The scope is immense as each bedroom is furnished with twin or super-king beds. We have created packages for 24 people taking the property on a single occupancy basis, or for 48 people taking it on a shared basis, and also an option for a group of 26 taking the penthouse plus an additional two apartments.
