Summer in the mountains

With the central team based in the mountains year-round, we are able to provide our summer guests with the same attention to detail that you are accustomed to during your winter breaks with Bramble Ski. We have an incredible selection of properties available in Verbier, Zermatt and Lech during the summer. All three resorts offer endless sports pursuits and the pristine green meadows framed by snow-capped peaks are an incredible landscape in which to spend the summer months. The weather is often excellent (though, as always in the mountains, it can be changeable) and the summer is less frantic than winter which further supports its stake as the ultimate relaxation retreat.

Summer camps for children

There are numerous mountain camps on offer for children of all ages and Bramble Ski has teamed up with Altitude camps in Verbier to provide the perfect family mountain home to retreat to while your children attend sports, music, and language workshops. In Lech, the exclusive Lech Card offers you the opportunity to sign children up for a week of alpine activiities.

Health and fitness retreats

The original draw to the mountains for tourism was for the health benefits, and this remains a big factor for those who chose to live here. There are an endless array of active sports options in the mountains, and, combined with the fact that training at altitude is proven to have significant health and fitness benefits, it makes sense to plan your summer retreat with a central focus on improving your health and fitness. We have teamed up with Mountain Beach fitness and, together, we can ensure that we have your nutritional, yoga, and fitness targets met.

Music, sporting, and cultural Events

There are a plethora of events in the mountains during the summer. Probably one of the most notable is the Verbier Classical music festival which takes place every August. It gathers some of the most renowned names in classical music from across the globe. Many of the resorts also hold famous sports tournaments including the Verbier International horse jumping show, as well as competitive trail runs in Zermatt and Lech. Mountain traditions and culture are maintained throughout spring, summer, and autumn with festivals that celebrate the lifestyle of mountain-folk, and of those that came before.
