HIKING

Walks in Megève vary in difficulty from casual strolls to challenging treks and everything in between, but all offering up stunning views. Lac de Javen is a beautiful spot for families to spend a hot summer’s day! Situated just outside of Megève, you can choose to take a 4km walk, or drive and park at the site for a laidback day trip.

For the adventurous thrill-seekers, Via Cavo del Mey is a new via ferrata route which opened in June 2022. With an altitude of 2,700m, the mountain top panoramas of Vanoise ice cap, the Grande Casse and the Aiguille du Fruit are truly jaw-dropping. 

For a long day of hiking in the sunshine, depart from Courchevel Moriond, and enjoy a three to four hour hike through the valley of the Avals which will lead you to the beautiful Vanoise National Park – one of the largest preserved spaces in Europe, home to a variety of Alpine mammals, birds, and amphibians.

GOLF

The Mont-d’Arbois golf course sits on a plateau and stretches out over 50 hectares of woodland. Offering 18-holes and 21 driving ranges, this is top-notch golfing at an ideal altitude.
