Chalet Manager

Spend the winter working and skiing in the Alps!

We are looking for the best Chalet Managers to join our teams next winter in Verbier, Zermatt, Lech, Val d’Isere and Méribel.

As a Chalet Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of a property during bookings. You will lead and manage the chalet team to ensure our world class service is delivered at all times.

Working directly with the resort manager, you will be involved in pre-arrival planning for the guests, ensuring that the holiday is tailored to their specific requirements and that they are beyond satisfied throughout their stay.

You will be expected to lead your team by example, perform duties alongside chalet staff form hosting to housekeeping, cover chalet hosts when they are off and provide logistical support when necessary.

It is important that you have the utmost ability to manage budgets and have excellent accounting skills.

The position is a richly rewarding role which will be demanding at times, meaning candidates will be required to demonstrate their ability to work well in a team, and also alone, using their initiative to think ahead.

Above else we are looking for dedicated, professional and passionate individuals who will look after guests in the utmost discreet and luxury manner.


  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team in the luxury sector of the hospitality industry
  • Available to work full time from the end of November 2018 to the end of April 2019
  • A comprehensive knowledge of current service practices is essential as well as a good understanding of food and wine pairings
  • A good understanding of both spoken and written language in the resort you would like to work in will also be seen favourably
  • Skills capable of keeping regular accounts and sticking to budgets where needed
  • British, EU or Swiss passport holders only. If applying for France, we can only accept UK passport holders currently
