The Mountain

Nestled at 1,300 m and with lifts ascending to an altitude of 2,800 m, St. Anton and the world renowned Arlberg ski area provides 340 km of fantastically varied pistes offering superbly prepared slopes for all ability levels, challenging deep-snow runs, numerous patrolled off-piste itineraries, and some of the best off-piste skiing in the world. As with all the best ski resorts St. Anton offers an extensive selection of ski schools to suit all needs. We work very closely with a well-established local ski school called St. Anton Classic who offer a great service.

Mountain Guiding

When you ski St. Anton you will enjoy some of the very best off-piste skiing in the world and it is also the home to a number of excellent guides. We have worked with St. Anton Classic for the last four years and can highly recommend their guiding service however we can tailor the service and guide to each individual need.


The Arlberg region Arlberg region is the only region in Austria where heli-skiing is available. We can book you the most thrilling and spectacular day high up above St. Anton.


St. Anton, found in the picturesque Tyrolean Arlberg valley, is memorable for its stunning peaks and traditional alpine farmhouses. Après Ski

St. Anton is renowned for its après ski. Among the multitude of options, the legendary Mooserwirt and Krazy Kangaroo await you at the slope’s-side above St. Anton at the end of your day's skiing. Following that, head down to the village to continue partying or stop off for a relaxing drink at Anthony’s.


St. Anton has some wonderful restaurants from lively cafe/bars to exquisite fine dining and an abundance of intimate traditional Austrian restaurants. Rest assured, we will be able to advise you on the best place to eat out.


Piccadilly-Postkeller, Kandahar, and Murmel all offer something different to provide entertainment on a night out in St. Anton.

Winter activities

If you do not ski or fancy a break from the slopes there is so much more to do in St. Anton. You can indulge in spa treatments, swim, massage , snowshoe, or even take in a movie at the local cinema. Paragliding, ice-climbing, or tobogganing trips can be organised to satisfy the adrenaline junkies among you.

The state of the art indoor sports centre arl.rock , completed in 2009, offers a combination of indoor and outdoor climbing routes in an area of almost 1,000 m2 including boulder, lead, fixed-rope, and ice-climbing, as well as the new climbing trend of dry-tooling. The centre also boasts a four-lane bowling alley and indoor tennis and squash courts.

Summer activities

St. Anton is perhaps even more beautiful in the summer than it is in the winter. The region provides a fantastic play area for sportsmen and active guests, thanks to its splendid mountain, amazing scenery, and unspoilt natural surroundings. Whether hiking over 300 km of sign-posted trails, climbing, Nordic walking, or white water rafting through dramatic gorges, the alpine mountain world offers opportunities and challenges. The terrain is suited perfectly to the different forms of cycling. From road biking over Alpine passes to mountain biking along more than 200 km of marked routes, the Arlberg has biking covered.

For those looking for something less physical, the resorts offer numerous cultural fixtures. St. Anton has many traditional Austrian folk events throughout the summer and during August it holds a fabulous week of operatic nights. The wellness centre in St. Anton gives you the perfect excuse to have a relaxing massage or to spend the day sunbathing and swimming in one of their outdoor pools.


How to get to St Anton


St. Anton am Arlberg is situated in the Tirol region of Austria, close to the Swiss and German borders. Innsbruck airport is conveniently located an hour's drive from the resort. Zurich, Switzerland (2.5 hours transfer) and Friedrichshafen, Germany (1.45 hours transfer) are other options for airports in which to land.
