Chalet Manager Verbier or Zermatt Temporary (M/F/X)

Bramble Ski, part of Le Collectionist, is looking for experienced and passionate Chalet Managers to join our Alpine teams for the 2025–2026 winter season.

As a Chalet Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of a luxury chalet, working closely with a private chef and managing the front-of-house service team. You will be the main point of contact for guests during their stay, ensuring that every detail meets or exceeds our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the chalet in collaboration with the chef and hosts.

Deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out.

Supervise, motivate, and support your team, leading by example and ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Maintain an immaculate property through hands-on housekeeping support (e.g. cleaning, laundry, turndown service).

Prepare and serve breakfast, set up and clear dinner service, and ensure drinks and snacks are always available.

Light fires, set ambiance, and proactively anticipate guest needs throughout the stay.

Coordinate pre-arrival planning to tailor the holiday to each client’s preferences.

Provide concierge-level assistance and liaise with resort teams for logistics, activities, and emergencies.
Manage chalet inventory, supplies, and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Ensure all safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership within hospitality, especially in luxury or boutique settings.
  • Hospitality qualification and/or minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining and wine service; food and wine pairing skills are highly desirable.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages (e.g. French, German) are a plus.
  • Highly adaptable, resourceful, and able to problem-solve under pressure.
  • Positive, hands-on attitude with a strong work ethic and love for mountain life.
  • Impeccable personal presentation, discretion, and a natural flair for service.
