Positioned on a quiet residential road surrounded by woodland, yet just a short stroll from the main Médran ski lift station, the location is ideal for those looking for a peaceful, easily accessible and authentic alpine retreat.

Entering the apartment into the bright and spacious living space, the lovely light wood-panelled walls add an authentic feel, along with other rustic touches like the grand stone fireplace, a mounted stag above the fireplace, and a stunning antler chandelier above the dining table. Beautiful arched French doors lead on to a spacious terrace, and tall bookshelves line one wall from floor to ceiling, adding a charming ambience to the space. 

The open-plan kitchen is centred around a large island, dividing it from the living space yet allowing for sociable cooking. Plush sofas and the 8-seater dining table create the perfect environment for memorable family evenings spent around the roaring fire.

 Adjoining this area is the TV den, with a thick blackout curtain allowing it to be closed off from the living room in case the children want to curl up in front of a movie while adults entertain. Equipped with Bose surround sound, a large flat screen and a comfortable L-shaped sofa, it is a perfect spot for a cosy after-dinner film. The Bose sound system runs throughout the apartment and can be accessed individually from most rooms.

The bedrooms are chic and tastefully decorated, with quality antique wood finishes and alpine-inspired soft furnishings. The master bedroom boasts a king-size double bed and french doors opening onto the terrace, with a spacious en suite bathroom.

On the other side of the apartment are a further double bedroom and a double bunk room (with queen-size beds) suitable for two adults. These two bedrooms share a bathroom and there is a further separate toilet. Both the en-suite and shared bathroom have ‘rain’ style shower heads and beautiful free-standing bath tubs.

This apartment is situated in a well-maintained and peaceful building, featuring a shared ski locker, gym and spa. Unwind after a day on the slopes in the soothing sauna or hot tub, with a convenient adjacent WC and shower room. The gym is well-equipped with several machines and free weights at your disposal.
