A short history of Bramble Ski in Austria

Bramble Ski made its first foray into Austria in the winter of 2009. Snow-sure Austria, with its rich history of skiing and unique mountain hospitality, was a natural choice for us. We’ve never looked back and neither have our guests, many of whom return year on year. As a result, we now operate a total of 32 luxury ski chalets and apartments in Austria, shared between the resorts of St. Anton and Lech.

Luxury ski chalets in St. Anton

St. Anton, known for its incredible skiing, breathtaking alpine scenery and legendary après ski, was an obvious first destination for us in Austria. Over the years, this family-friendly resort has carved a very special place in our hearts. From catered ski chalets to self-catering apartments, we have curated a wonderful portfolio of accommodation options in St. Anton.

This year, we are excited to welcome two new luxury ski chalets in St. Anton to our books. The first is the newly built Villa Villekulla. This striking chalet, which sleeps 12 people in six bedrooms, is located only a few hundred metres from the slopes and is the ideal property for avid skiers. The interior is sleek and modern, but retains an irresistible alpine ambience and charm.

Chalet Bluebird is the second chalet to join our portfolio of luxury ski chalets in St. Anton this year. Sleeping up to 12 guests, this contemporary home is ideal for a group of friends or a large family. The expansive top floor offers plenty of space for entertaining and relaxing while the ground floor is home to five spacious bedrooms. The chalet also has impressive views and is a short walk from the nearest lift and St. Anton’s vibrant village centre.

Luxury ski chalets and apartments in Lech

It was only a matter of time before we fell in love with Lech, St. Anton’s sophisticated neighbour in the Arlberg, long a favourite of the European jet set. We started operating our first luxury ski chalets in Lech in the winter of 2013. With its chocolate box charm, pristine pistes, and world-class lift system, the popularity of Lech has only continued to grow. Recently, there has been a flurry of new developments, none more impressive than the two new additions to our portfolio.

The first development is the newly renovated Brunnenhof residence, home to 14 luxury ski apartments. Five of these apartments are available for rental this season and a further nine will be joining our portfolio later this year. Each unit varies in size, meaning there is something to accommodate most group sizes. The building also has fabulous shared facilities including an indoor swimming pool, spa, hammam and sauna. Experienced skiers can even ski back to within metres of the property.

Our second brand new offering is the Chalech development, comprising five incredible stand-alone ski chalets all cleverly connected underground. There are three chalets available this season, Chalech S, Chalech 4 and Chalech 5, with a further two coming online later this year. Each chalet has been individually styled and furnished with impeccable taste and to the highest standards. The properties have impressive shared facilities including an indoor swimming pool, gym, spa and tepidarium.
