Many of our clients who rent a property from us for the duration of the season, or for a year, are either testing out life in the mountains ahead of purchasing their own home, or are having a home built/renovated and are using the seasonal rental as alternative accommodation. Switzerland is home to many of the world's most exclusive private schools. Some families relocate to the mountains to provide their children with the opportunity of attending one of these exclusive institutions. Further to this is the opportunity for the children to immerse themselves in a foreign language or to develop a true affinity with the sport of skiing, by doing it as a sport consistently throughout the winter rather than just for a week here and there on ski holidays.
Many of our clients frequent the mountains multiple times in a season. A luxury seasonal rental enables clients to set up a home-away-from-home without having to pack their winter gear for every trip. The resorts in which we operate are all within easy reach of Europe's major cities making a ski trip each weekend of the winter season a viable, stress-free option.
