Nestled in the heart of the Bernese region of Switzerland is Gstaad, home to one of the largest ski areas in the Alps. Located 1,050 metres above sea level, Gstaad has a growing population of over 3,000 residents and many more avid seasonal visitors.
Boasting over 220km of ski slopes and 120km of cross country skiing trails, this charming resort appeals to all standards of skier and snowboarder. Connecting all the ski runs is a 57-strong lift network which can take visitors up to a lofty height of 3,000 metres. A year around mecca for mountain enthusiasts, Gstaad attracts a variety of adventurers of all ages.
We work directly with the most established and reputable ski schools in the area. Book a ski course for the kids or a one-to-one private session with one of the 200 professional ski instructors we work with and the resort has to offer.
We also work with the other ski schools in the village if necessary for our guests' requirements. So whether it is beginner group lessons in English for children or specialised tuition in extreme off-piste settings, we're able to organise the instruction that is best suited.
A secret playground for heli-skiing/boarding, Gstaad has five mountain landing sites to challenge even the most established of off-piste professionals. Take a day trip away from all the activity of the pistes and immerse yourself into a silent land of untouched runs.
Be escorted on a sightseeing tour or around the “hidden” slopes by a local mountain guide. Whether you’re visiting in the summer or winter, expeditions for individuals and groups are available. Contact Bramble Ski and ask about the mountain guiding excursions available during your visit to Gstaad.
