Kings Parc 115 is a beautiful alpine property nestled in the heart of Verbier, offering the perfect setting for a memorable winter getaway. With unbeatable access, this stunning apartment is just a 2-minute stroll to Place Centrale and a 5-minute walk to Medran, Verbier’s main lift station.

As you step into your new mountain retreat, you'll be welcomed by an expansive open-plan living area meticulously designed with contemporary furnishings and finishes, all while honouring the timeless charm of alpine traditions. This apartment boasts a harmonious mix of light grey hues, oak flooring, and wooden accents, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Providing ample space for culinary endeavours, the expansive kitchen overlooks the generously sized dining table, accommodating up to eight guests, and offering an ideal setting for entertaining friends and family, creating lasting memories over delicious meals.

Natural light pours in through numerous floor-to-ceiling French doors, leading to the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee al fresco or savour an evening aperitif as the sun sets. The living room, characterized by a glass-panelled wood-burning fireplace, offers a cosy retreat after adventurous days in the mountains. Gather your loved ones, sink into the large wrap-around sofa, and enjoy delightful family movie nights.

Kings 115 features three immaculately designed bedrooms. The spacious master, complete with a desk, TV, floor-to-ceiling wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom with a shower, opens up onto the balcony. The second double bedroom offers access to its private terrace and a separate en-suite shower room. Meanwhile, the third double bedroom boasts a TV and an ensuite shower room. There are also private laundry faciltities within the apartment.

Within the apartment building, you’ll find a shared ski room and an underground parking garage with one dedicated parking space.

Kings Parc 115 offers a blend of modern comfort and alpine beauty, making it the perfect home base to fully experience everything that Verbier has to offer.
